There are always projects around the house I try to handle myself, but some take more expertise or manpower than I can provide. That’s why I’m glad I turned to Renovate with Chris. I had been envisioning a 15x24 patio cover for over a year and knew what I wanted, but I needed someone who could bring that idea to life. All it took was sharing a few pictures and clear communication, and Chris and his team delivered an almost perfect match to my vision, and it looks amazing. Renovations can bring a lot of anxiety, cutting into your home, tearing things out, but Chris took that stress off my shoulders from the start. One of the biggest differences working with Chris is how he manages the entire project, including procuring all the supplies. Paint, drywall, hardy board, wood, he handled it all, which saved me from having to track things down myself. His team worked long hours every day, and I never felt pushed out or overwhelmed. Communication was excellent: if something needed to change or could not start that day, Chris always reached out. He respected our budget and stayed right on point from the beginning. Overall, the whole process was smooth, professional, and surprisingly enjoyable. I would like to share the outstanding experience we had working with Chris and his team. They came highly recommended by a friend, and they certainly lived up to the praise. We added an additional concrete slab and black rock landscaping to our backyard. From our first meeting, Chris was extremely professional, taking the time to clearly explain the entire process and answer all of our questions. On the day of the project, Chris and his team arrived promptly and worked efficiently to complete the job. We are extremely pleased with the final results and would highly recommend Chris and his team for any home improvement projects. Chris and his team did an excellent job laying the concrete pad for our new storage shed. They were very professional and completed it in a timely manner. Thank you Renovate With Chris. The site would not let me an additional review so I’m going to add to this one. We have never been able to really enjoy our backyard because the sun is at the back of our house in the evening and it was entirely too hot Chris and his team added a cover to our deck and has been amazing.
